Taskers

Turning everyday help into a trusted service

Sector
Technology · Consumer Services · Home Services
Focus
Strategy · Positioning · Communications · Customer Experience

The challenge

Everyday tasks can become surprisingly difficult to manage. Customers need reliable people they can trust, while skilled people need better ways to find work, present their capabilities and build a reputation. The challenge was not simply to create another service platform, but to bring trust, convenience, people and technology together for both sides.

The approach

  • Clarifying the value proposition and the needs of customers and taskers
  • Developing clearer service positioning and messaging
  • Exploring trust and reputation throughout the customer journey
  • Connecting the service experience with communications
  • Considering customer convenience alongside work opportunities

The result

The project helped frame Taskers as more than a handyman or task service. It became an opportunity to consider the wider ecosystem around everyday work: customers, service providers, trust, technology and employment. It showed how strategy and communications can shape not only how an early-stage idea is presented, but how people experience and understand it.

The Tamjab insight

“A good service solves a problem. A strong brand helps people trust the solution.”

Jacob Hopes Foundation

Turning personal loss into action

Sector
Healthcare · Cancer Advocacy · Social Impact
Focus
Programme Strategy · Stakeholder Engagement · Partnerships · Advocacy · Communications

The challenge

Patients in the Global South can face significant barriers to specialist knowledge and healthcare support. At the same time, the Cameroonian diaspora includes doctors and professionals whose expertise can improve access to knowledge, care and collaboration. The opportunity was to connect these worlds.

The approach

  • Coordinating programme implementation with regional partners, providers and consultants
  • Engaging international organisations and local government stakeholders
  • Working with the medical association of Cameroonian doctors in the diaspora
  • Preparing programme and event materials
  • Representing the organisation at international forums

The result

The foundation became a practical vehicle for collaboration between regional stakeholders, international organisations and members of the Cameroonian medical diaspora. Irene represented the organisation at conferences in Spain, the United Kingdom and South Africa, bringing patient and community experience into wider conversations.

The Tamjab insight

“Impact is rarely created by one organisation working alone. It grows when the right people, knowledge and resources are connected.”
